As you can see in the video (PS: The beginning is rather theoretical, but the rest is very practical 😊), the best foods to choose for weight loss will be of course foods that do not make us feel hungry again 2 hours later…
So foods such as:
• At low glycemic index
• That contains enough protein, good fat and fiber
• Complete, therefore natural, coming from our beautiful land 😊 Organic as much as possible!
• Which are not processed in factories with lots of preservatives, sugar, sodium …
• Which are dense in vitamins and minerals
🏋🚵🤸 AND HOW ABOUT EXERCISING?
Exercise is great for physical and mental health, but not specifically for weight loss. For this, you have to mainly rely on food types 🍅🥑🥗
As some would say: “We lose weight in the kitchen, we preserve our health in the gym or with outdoor activities” Lol 😊
In theory, exercising without a change in diet should help people lose weight. In practice, this is not what happens 🤓
Why ? Several reasons, but basically:
• Many people will eat extra, the equivalent of the calories burned by exercise, for example with larger portions or with an extra dessert 🍨🍰
• Other people, at the sight of: Marketing, Marketing, Marketing of fast food 🍔🍟 🍕 desserts or others, will think that they are hungry… The hunger hormone, ghrelin, can be triggered among other things, simply with the sight and smell, yes yes 😎
So it’s easy to take back those hard-burnt calories during exercise, hehe 🙃
High intensity interval training … hum, it’s great for some people who are already in good physical condition, but for others it can stress the body and in fact block weight loss. It’s all a question of adaptation and dosage 🤔
